If you do not have all this , you aren't allowed to post an app.

-Have all Licenses.
-Have Good Skills at shooting
-Have good Skills at Driving (Most important).
-Do not insult / Kill the Chief if you posted an app ( if you killed him and have an app it will get denied).
-Fast Typing.
-Have Talked Ingame with a highest FMD Member (4+).
-Never have been Wanted .
