The Faction Complaint format is a complaint about people inside of a faction abusing their rights, i.e using the /tazer command just for fun or (/m)egaphone to spam out other stuff that his sirens.

The faction will tell us which faction he is in. His name will provide us with the information we need to find him and understand who you're on about. The reason of complaint is what the officer/people in the faction have done wrong. The proof of complaint is what you will need to give for us to get evidence and go along with the complaint.
